As regional administrator you are a workflow driven person who wants to contribute to the entire financial process within our clients company. You work closely together with the Branch & Regional Managers, Sales department and European Financial Department to process input details, produce invoices, deliver forecasting & revenue reports and provide financial analysis regarding all aspects of our rental business.
You process rental agreements and billing paperwork, you assist with follow up of customers regarding equipment or billing issues, you process Accounts payable, deliver month-end cost accruals in cooperation with Branch Managers and provide Revenue forecast together with Branch Managers and Regional Manager. You cooperate with Regional Manager to present periodic variance-analysis and -reporting of actual performance versus Forecast and Plan. You process various Equipment Reports and work orders and you also answer the telephone to provide courteous customer service
3 to 5 years broad finance experience at HBO-level in an industrial environment
Ability to work in a dynamic, evolving sales oriented environment
Excellent customer service skills required
Proficient computer skills (e.g. Excel and PowerPoint)
Good organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal & written communication skills (in Dutch & English)
Ability to work independently and multi-task
Valuable competences: punctuality, sensibility, stress resistance, critical eye and stamina
