For a fulltime (5 days a week) position, we are looking for a (near) native Eastern European (e.g. Polish, Russian, Ukrainian or Romanian speaking) E-Sales Support Coordinator (m/f) who is also fluent in English.
The E-Sales Support (ESS) Department, located in Amsterdam, provides support to Elsevier's sales force and customers in Europe, Middle East and Africa.
As an E-Sales Support Coordinator you are a member of the E-Sales Support Team, working within a multi-functional Regional Team organizing, preparing and archiving the administrative workflow of the Sales Process. For that reason the E-Sales Support Coordinator works in very close cooperation with Account Managers and supports him/her in organizing the sales process in the most efficient and effective way.
NOTE: this is a mainly administrative role, which requires strong administrative experience!
-Support for the Account Manager in the Sales Process;
-Central point of contact for customer towards internal partners;
-Responsible for contract execution;
-Gather and analyse usage reports ant other pre-sales call analysis
-Report to the E-Sales Support Manager
-Languages: excellent GERMAN and ENGLISH (native German is a plus)
-HBO+ level, or equal by working experience
-Administrative work experience
-Leadership follow through, ability to prioritise
-Good analytical and conceptual skills
-Knowledge of IT systems (Siebel, CRM)
-Excellent knowledge of Excel
-Flexible, capable to work under high pressure
-Well structured, accurate, able to administrate and monitor entire sales process
-Supportive for account management
-Customer Service oriented
-Proactive and self starting
-Professional social and influencing skills
Salary; € 2200,- gross (36 hrs/week)
