-Interpreting data pack to take appropriate action to maximise case fill rate
-Integrity in the use of rejection reason codes assigned to orders to ensure that we are aligned with customer KPIs.
-To work closely with other members of the Collaboration Team and the Centralised Team as well as the Lead to provide oustanding service to all customers.
-To work closely with the Supply Chain Manager and Lead – Transportation & Logistics to ensure obsolete skus are appropriateley managed.
-Processing of sample orders via the use of scripts in SAP
-Processing of broker orders to strict agreed procedure
-Execution of order management tasks in SAP
-Error resolution and solution formulation.
-Root cause analysis & recommendation of solutions to prevent recurrence
-SOAR reporting. Ensure compliance and Audit readiness.
-Accurate maintenance of obsolete skus in SAP Material Master and Managed Codes programs.
-Create capacity & drive efficiency by simplification and standardization of processes & procedures across multiple countries
DESIRED SKILL REQUIREMENTS/COMPETENCIES / EXPERIENCE
-Fluent English and Turkish both written and verbal
-Should be of graduate caliber
-Ability to work on own initiative and priorities tasks
-Ability to work under pressure and have excellent attention to detail
-Ability to work across multiple countries at the same time
-Good team player skills and work well with others
-Strong numeracy skill
-Intermediate level in Word, Excel and Outlook
-Quick thinking, Acting with speed
-Data/order entry experience (desirable)
-Knowledge of Lean methodology & tools (desirable)
