Visa – Client Services Coordinator (12 Month Contract) Visa currently have an exciting opportunity to join our Client Support function in Paddington as a Client Services Coordinator What we do Client Support is the first point of contact into Visa (either by phone or email) and provide in depth technical support to quickly address any questions or issues raised. Currently supporting 4500+ organizations over 37 countries, we cover 8 languages over the phone: English, French, German, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, Spanish and Turkish. 75% of Client enquiries are raised via the various team inboxes. The potential candidate will be responsible for the prioritisation, logging and allocation of all incoming email / fax enquiries and potential new channels, ensuring an excellent level of service and quality. In addition to the co-ordination of these teams, other tasks across the team will be required.
